How to add a professional HTML email signature in Yahoo! Mail?

To add an HTML email signature to the Yahoo Mail website, you must copy the email signature HTML. Yahoo Mail's signature editor accepts rich, formatted text directly.

Follow these steps to add an HTML email signature in Yahoo! Mail:

Step 1: Copy the email signature from SignatureForEmail.com to the clipboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Yahoo Mail signature settings

  1. Log in to your account on the Yahoo Mail website.
  2. On the left side under ".... More", click the Settings gear icon (⚙️) 
  3. Select Writing email from the left-side menu panel
Step 3: Paste and activate the signature
  1. Look for the Signature section in the middle of the screen.
  2. Find your specific Yahoo email address and toggle the switch to the right (it will turn on).
  3. Click inside the blank text box that appears below your email address.
  4. Press Ctrl + V (or Cmd + V on Mac) to paste your signature.
  5. Yahoo! Mail automatically saves your changes, so you can safely click Back to Inbox or close the settings page.
