How to add a professional HTML email signature in Thunderbird?

Follow these steps to add an HTML email signature in Mozilla Thunderbird:

Step 1: Copy the email signature from SignatureForEmail.com to the clipboard.

Step 2: Open Thunderbird Settings

  1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird.
  2. Click on the Menu (☰) > Account Settings. Or under the Tools menu click Account Settings.

  3. Optionally select your email account from the left panel if you have more email accounts.

Step 3: Enable HTML Signature and Paste it

  1. Go to the Signature text section.
  2. Check "Use HTML" and Paste the signature from the clipboard.

Step 4: Save and Test

  1. Close the Account Settings window (changes are saved automatically).
  2. Click the New Message button to compose a new email.

  • If the signature doesn’t display correctly, check:
