How to add your email signature to the Outlook Desktop Classic app?
To add a new email signature in the Outlook classic desktop app, follow these steps:

Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook application on your computer.

Access Signature Settings:
- Click on the File tab in the top-left corner.
- Select Options from the menu at the left bottom.
- In the Mail category, click on the Signatures button.

Create a New Signature:
- In the Email Signature tab, click on New.
- Enter a name for your signature (e.g., "Work Signature") and click OK.
- In the Edit signature box, paste your signature from the clipboard.

Set Default Signatures (optional):
- Under Choose default signature, select the email account to associate with the signature.
- For New messages, choose your new signature from the dropdown.
- For Replies/forwards, select the signature to use when replying or forwarding emails.

Save and Apply:
- Click OK to save your new signature.
Your new signature will now be available for use in your emails.
