To add a new email signature in the Outlook classic desktop app, follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook application on your computer.

  2. Access Signature Settings:

    • Click on the File tab in the top-left corner.
    • Select Options from the menu at the left bottom.
    • In the Mail category, click on the Signatures button.
  3. Create a New Signature:

    • In the Email Signature tab, click on New.
    • Enter a name for your signature (e.g., "Work Signature") and click OK.
    • In the Edit signature box, paste your signature from the clipboard.
  4. Set Default Signatures (optional):

    • Under Choose default signature, select the email account to associate with the signature.
    • For New messages, choose your new signature from the dropdown.
    • For Replies/forwards, select the signature to use when replying or forwarding emails.
  5. Save and Apply:

    • Click OK to save your new signature.

Your new signature will now be available for use in your emails.
