Data Deletion Instructions

If you created an account on our website and wish to delete your data, you have the following options:

1. Delete uploaded images – You can manually delete each uploaded image on the email signature generator page.

2. Delete saved email signatures – You can delete all of your saved signatures on the email signature generator page (the last menu item under the Save button sub-menu).

3. Delete your account – In your account settings, you can click the “Delete Account” button. This will deactivate your account (soft delete) and remove access to our services.

Full Data Deletion Request
Some data, such as payment history, security logs, and statistical records, may be retained as required by law or for business purposes.
If you would like us to permanently delete all of your data from our systems, please send a request to: show email. We will review and process the deletion request within 14 days.
